- Left click on the Start Button.
- Type "cmd" (without the quotes) into the Search programs and files Field.
- Right click on the cmd Program and left click on the
"Run as administrator" Option.
- Left click on the Yes Button.
- Type "net stop spooler" (without the quotes) into the Command Prompt.
- Press the Enter Button on your keyboard.
- Type "del %SystemRoot%\System32\spool\PRINTERS\* /Q" (without the quotes) into the Command Prompt.
- Press the Enter Button on your keyboard.
- Type "net start spooler" (without the quotes) into the Command Prompt.
- Press the Enter Button on your keyboard.
- Type "exit" (without the quotes) into the
Command Prompt.
- Press the Enter Button on your keyboard to complete the process.
